Terms of Sale — Mamora

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products made on the ma-mora.com website, operated by Mamora [legal status to be confirmed], whose contact email address is mamoracare@outlook.com.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale by the customer.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of consultation by the customer, within the limit of available stock. Mamora reserves the right to modify the range of products offered at any time.

Article 3 — Price

Product prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs which are specified before the order is confirmed.

Mamora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

Article 4 — Order

The customer selects the products they wish to order, adds them to their cart, then confirms their order after verifying its contents and total price.

The order is only final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order.

Mamora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured and processed by third-party payment providers. Mamora does not retain the customer's complete banking information.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, exclusively within the United States.

Delivery times are provided as estimates at the time of order and are further detailed in our Shipping Policy. A delivery delay cannot give rise to damages.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Mamora offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products, under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

Article 8 — Warranties

Products sold benefit from applicable legal warranties. Product descriptions, including any references to skin appearance or comfort, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Article 9 — Liability

Mamora cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, force majeure, or facts attributable to the customer, a third party, or an unforeseeable event beyond its control (carrier delay, weather event, etc.).

Article 11 — Governing Law and Disputes
